Junior Research Fellow (Project Assistant)

This position is available for a time-bound research project focused on the theoretical exploration of nonlinear Quantum optical interactions in the attosecond pulse regime. As a Junior Research Fellow (Project Assistant), you will be responsible for actively participating in the research project sponsored by SERB (CRG). This is a valuable opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of Physics, Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering. The duration of the position is 3 years, until March 2027. The selected candidate will receive a monthly compensation of Rs 31,000/- along with a House Rent Allowance (HRA) of 24%, totaling Rs 38,440 per month. To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Masters Degree (M.Sc./MS/M.Tech) in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Sciences, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized University. Additionally, NET/GATE qualification is desirable, and knowledge of computer programming will be considered a bonus.
