About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize new designs, create content, design, and complete projects, including image placement, retouching, and maintaining all design elements 2. Take a design brief to understand requirements 3. Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders 4. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions 5. Create content and write copy 6. Demonstrate passion for brand building and creativity 7. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies focused on the industry 8. Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners and work with affiliate partners 9. Develop content strategy and digital roadmaps 10. Manage B2C and B2B social media experience 11. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data 12. UG: Any graduate, any specialization 2. PG: Any postgraduate - any specialization 3. Strong knowledge in graphic design, conceptualization, ideation, and visual communication. Must have an excellent sense of design, colours, textures, patterns, fonts, and shapes. Must have an in-depth knowledge of motion graphics, 2D animation, video editing, and voice synchronization 4. Must have an excellent understanding and know-how of visual communication, colour, fonts, typography, and colour composition with a strong portfolio of animated demos, motion graphics, and video editing 5.
