Junior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and technically proficient Junior Full Stack Developer with 35 years of industry experience to join our development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in both frontend and backend technologies and demonstrate a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing high-quality applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications. Develop frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Implement server-side logic and APIs using backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python/Django. Work with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation. Collaborate effectively with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver quality software on time. Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in development processes. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 35 years of professional experience in tack web development. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with at least one frontend framework (e.g., React.js, Angular, or Vue.js). Strong knowledge of backend development using Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python/Django. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design. Experience with Git or other version control systems. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Preferred Attributes: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing requirements.
