About the job: TGH Software Solutions Private Limited is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive to drive our sales efforts. Key responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive Lead Research: Research and identify high-potential leads using LinkedIn, industry events, and various online tools. Conduct initial prospect analysis to qualify leads according to ideal customer profiles. 2. Strategic Outreach & Engagement: Develop personalized outreach strategies, leveraging multiple channels, including calls, emails, and social media, to engage with potential customers effectively. 3. Lead Qualification & Handoff: Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria, collaborating with account executives to transition these leads smoothly into actionable sales opportunities. 4. Sales Funnel Optimization: Work closely with sales leadership to refine lead scoring, develop funnel stages, and identify opportunities for enhanced conversion rates within the sales funnel. 5. Market Intelligence Gathering: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide insights that shape TGH's sales strategies and product positioning. 6. Sales Playbook Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of outreach scripts, email templates, and playbooks to ensure consistent messaging and effective prospect engagement. 7. Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as response rates, conversion rates, and lead-to-opportunity ratios to optimize the sales development strategy. 8. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Act as a bridge between sales and marketing to ensure lead quality, effective follow-up, and alignment on strategic messaging. 9. Pipeline Forecasting & Reporting: Assist in forecasting by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of lead statuses, actively updating the CRM, and reporting to sales management on key metrics. Requirements: Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, SalesQL, or any CRM tool. Perks and benefits: 1.
