Experience Required

Have Good knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC programing, RLC circuit, Hydraulic and pneumatics. Hands on experience on Fanuc control and conveyor maintenance. Should have exposure on CNC HMC and VMC machines. AGV maintenance and repairing.
HE/She should have good knowledge about Indirect purchase goods like equipment verious spare parts storage, packing etc
Spare and Capex procurement to be followed Specification to supplier payment
Maintenance KPI to record to be maintain like Spare cost/component on various line or factory. KPI record to be prepare for MTTR, MTBF & Availability of equipment
Responsible for 55 and Have experience of internal and external audits (150 14001, HSE and OHSAS)
Responsible for Preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance activity
Have Good knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC programing, RLC circuit, Hydraulic and pneumatics.
Hands on experience on Fanuc control and conveyor maintenance.

Role & responsibilities

Breakdown maintenance of Machine shop and assembly line into shifts
Daily Maintenance management Break down and Preventive maintenance in shifts.
System work (PPT, Excel and graphical data explanation) and cost per component analysis
Responsible/Support for New machine commissioning, Trial, New machine spare parts planning and Maintenance prevention
Should Particiapte into Preventive and shutdown maintenance

Working Model: Work-from-office

Shift timing: Rotational Shift
