About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our growing eCommerce engineering team in Hyderabad. Youll be instrumental in building and maintaining modern, high-performance Shopify-based solutions using the principles of MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).

This is a hands-on development role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable digital commerce experiences. You’ll work with Shopify Plus and integrate best-in-class tools and services into our headless commerce stack.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom Shopify storefronts and Shopify Plus implementations.

Build, integrate, and optimize APIs and microservices in a MACH-compliant architecture.

Work with headless CMS platforms and modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js or React.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews within an Agile environment.

Implement performance optimization and security best practices for eCommerce applications.

Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Keep up with new tools and trends in the Shopify and MACH tech space.

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of professional experience in web development, with at least 1 year working on Shopify or Shopify Plus.

Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid, Storefront API, and theme development.

Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue).

Familiarity with API-first development and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

Understanding of cloud-native development (preferably with Netlify or GCP).

Exposure to headless CMS platforms like Contentstack or Contentful.

Strong version control skills using Git.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of JAMstack architecture and static site generators.

Familiarity with DevOps workflows, Docker, or CI/CD tools.

Prior work in an Agile or Scrum team environment.
