JD:

Proficient in PHP, particularly with Zend and Laravel frameworks

• Strong experience with React JS and TypeScript
• In-depth understanding of MySQL, including query optimization and indexing
• Familiarity with addressing code quality issues, performance tuning, and resolving security vulnerabilities (e.g., via Checkmarx)
• Experience working within Agile Scrum teams
• Effective client collaboration and stakeholder communication
• Solid understanding of Git and version control best practices
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus
• Strong grasp of web application architecture and MVC design patterns
• Knowledge of CSS and ability to convert Figma designs into HTML/ReactJS is an advantage
• Committed to delivering thoroughly tested, production-ready code

Role-Based Responsibilities

Developer

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend components using PHP, MySQL, React JS, and TypeScript
• Refactor existing code to improve performance and resolve security issues
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups)
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet sprint objectives
• Communicate clearly with client stakeholders and follow coding standards

Senior Developer (Includes all Developer responsibilities plus:)

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
• Ensure timely and high-quality sprint deliveries
• Engage in client-facing meetings (e.g., sprint demos, SOS calls, release planning)
• Support release activities and participate in L2 support when needed
• Manage GCP environment configurations for various stages (local, QA, demo, production)

Lead Developer (Includes all Senior Developer responsibilities plus:)

• Mentor new team members and facilitate smooth onboarding
• Participate in architectural discussions and strategic planning
• Lead backlog grooming and sprint readiness activities
• Act as a liaison between development teams and senior client stakeholders
• Promote best practices, code quality, and adherence to delivery timelines
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
