Worst waited me for 1 hr 30 mins to bring the phone Vivo y300 5g. After that they said they will send me the receipt aka invoice of the device until now they didn't... I contacted them they said they will send with a hr but they didn't... Don't go there other wise they will make u run here and there.

Good service point for Jio. All mobile accessories are available with smartphone brands like Samsung, iPhone, Oppo and Vivo. Staffs are also good in behaviour.

I had visited there to change ownership of a number but employees are not friendly.Showing very rude behaviour. I didn't know how to fill up the application form. They kept me wait for one hour and then denied to solve my problem.

Staff aren't responding, customer isn't their priority, they are too busy in organizing things. Stock isn't adequate and you don't feel like buying as there is a odour that makes you feel wrong. For a store at such a great location, they are not up to the mark. Overall dissatisfied

It is a good service centre. Any query, grievance you may ask here. Its one in solution for jio customers of that area. All the staffs are well behaved.
