Role Focus: Sponsorship Outreach, PR Coordination, and Client Relationship JHS Media is seeking a dynamic and well-spoken PR + Sales Executive to lead our efforts in building partnerships, sourcing sponsorships, and managing public/media relations for our content verticals including podcasts, talk shows, and social campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential sponsors, brands, and collaborators. Pitch sponsorship proposals and media kits effectively. Coordinate with clients and media professionals for press coverage. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Act as a bridge between the creative team and external stakeholders. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi). Experience in sales, sponsorship outreach, or PR is highly preferred. Basic understanding of media, podcasting, or influencer marketing ecosystem. Confidence in networking, follow-ups, and presentation. Proficiency in email communication, PowerPoint, and CRM tools is a plus. Must be proactive, target-driven, and organized

Role Focus: Podcast Editing & Reels Editing We at JHS Media are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content production team. The editor will primarily be responsible for editing podcast episodes (audio-visual) and creating engaging short-form content like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips. Key Responsibilities: Edit long-format podcast videos with clean cuts, transitions, and branding elements. Create multiple short reels from each podcast episode for social media promotion. Add captions, sound effects, motion graphics, and visual storytelling elements. Collaborate with the content, production, and social media teams for timely deliverables. Requirements : Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. A strong sense of rhythm, cuts, and visual storytelling. Experience in editing reels and social content is mandatory. Knowledge of audio syncing and basic sound mixing. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. Bonus: Familiarity with podcast formats and understanding of digital trends
