With over 40 years of combined experience, our team of highly skilled design and engineering specialists design and construct biogas plants worldwide, focusing on waste to energy systems and innovative CSTR-based Semi Dry Fermentation Technology. · Instrumentation engineering experience in Oil & Gas / Biogas Industry · EPC project execution background –Domestic & International + EPC Project & Proposal · Knowledge of IEC / API standards, HAZOP & SIL study · Planning of Engineering - work schedule, Construction & Commissioning schedule, · Good Communication skill, soft skill, Coordination with multi-disciplinary fields PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Lead the Instrumentation & Controls division and coordinate with various stakeholders and 3 rd party vendors for successful completion of Biogas Gas Project. · Complete responsibility of Instrumentation discipline from Engineering to Commissioning for Biogas Project · Timely delivery of engineering deliverables getting approval on engineering deliverable from concerned · Responsible for Engineering / Fabrication/ Co-ordination with Design team /Vendors / Consultant / Client · Approval of Vendor documents, engineering drawing and documents pertaining to instrumentation · Assistance to site construction team, QA&QC during FAT, SAT and site check approval from Client. · Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of Instrumentation Systems such as DCS/ESD/F&G, CCTV, Telecommunication System etc. at Yard & Offshore Site Mandatory / Desirable Experience · Conversant with Control System DCS/ESD/F&G and Selection of DCS/ESD system architecture · Knowledge on Field Instruments and preparing instrument list for Control/Safety Valves, HIPPS, Transmitters, Analysers, Gauges etc. · Conversant on I/O List (DCS and ESD PLC), Data sheets for Control valves, ON/OFF and MOVs, , Instrument Data Sheets/specification, Specifications for Control System- DCS / PLC / ESD · Layout engineering and MTO, Engineering drawing check. · Conversant with communication systems for III party vendors · Experience on Instrument hook-up diagram/ Installation drawing, Cable Tray & Cable Routing Layout , Instrument Location Layout , Junction Box Location Layout , Junction Box Wiring Drawing, Cable Schedule, Instrument Support Details, Instrument loop wiring drawings, Drive Control Philosophy, Control Loops, Block Diagram, Connection Diagram, Design Philosophy for Interlocking & Alarm System, Ducting drawing, Damper & expansion Joint Specs (if applicable for this project), Instrument / Service air requirement and quality · Hands on experience on Engineering Co-ordination / Fabrication / Loop Checking / Commissioning of Instrumentation System

As an ideal candidate for the role, you should possess instrumentation engineering experience in the Oil & Gas or Biogas Industry, along with a background in EPC project execution both domestically and internationally. It is essential to have knowledge of IEC and API standards, as well as experience in conducting HAZOP and SIL studies. Your responsibilities will include planning engineering work schedules, construction, and commissioning schedules, requiring excellent communication and coordination skills across various multidisciplinary fields. In this position, you will lead the Instrumentation & Controls division, collaborating with stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure the successful completion of Biogas Gas Projects. You will have complete responsibility for the Instrumentation discipline from Engineering to Commissioning for Biogas Projects, overseeing timely delivery of engineering deliverables and obtaining necessary approvals. Additionally, you will be responsible for approving vendor documents, engineering drawings, and instrumentation-related documents, as well as providing assistance to the site construction team during FAT, SAT, and site check approvals from the client. Your role will also involve pre-commissioning and commissioning of Instrumentation Systems such as DCS/ESD/F&G, CCTV, and Telecommunication Systems at both Yard & Offshore Sites. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Control System DCS/ESD/F&G and capable of selecting DCS/ESD system architecture. You should have knowledge of Field Instruments and be able to prepare instrument lists for Control/Safety Valves, HIPPS, Transmitters, Analysers, Gauges, among others. Moreover, expertise in I/O Lists, Data sheets, and specifications for Control Systems, as well as familiarity with communication systems for third-party vendors, is highly desirable. Experience in Instrument hook-up diagrams, Installation drawings, Cable Tray & Cable Routing Layouts, Instrument Location Layouts, Junction Box Location Layouts, and related areas is crucial. Hands-on experience in Engineering Co-ordination, Fabrication, Loop Checking, and Commissioning of Instrumentation Systems will be an added advantage for this role.,
