Job Title: Java Tech Lead Experience: 8+ years Location: Gurgaon Hybrid Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Java Tech Lead with expertise in Java, Microservices, and AWS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive technical excellence in projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications . Architect and implement microservices solutions using best practices. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of applications on AWS cloud . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions. Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Java development. Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture . Hands-on experience with AWS services . Proficiency in RESTful APIs , Docker , and Kubernetes . Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra. Exposure to Agile methodologies and cloud-native development.
