Java-Full Stack or Java AWS-Lead

Job Description: As an experienced professional with over 10 years of relevant experience and immediate availability for joining, you will be taking on a crucial leadership role in our Greater Noida office. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Java developers, ensuring the implementation of best practices in software design, coding, testing, and deployment. Your expertise in either Java with Angular or Java with AWS will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our projects. Your technical skills will be put to the test as you demonstrate proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (including Spring Boot and Spring MVC), and Hibernate/JPA. Your experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and web application development will be essential for designing and developing scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for our applications and systems. A strong understanding of database systems (both SQL and NoSQL) and query optimization will be required, along with knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Additionally, hands-on experience with front-end integration, particularly with Angular or React, will be a valuable asset for this role. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment. You will conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and industry best practices.
