Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client. Analyzing Searching, Calling, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements from different sources like job portals, references, networking sites etc. as required. Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position. Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis. Desired candidate profile: Experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1b , E3 , TN and EAD ( OPT , H4) Familiar with different US Tax terms (w2 , Corp to Corp ) Experience recruiting from various domains. Experience in VMS/ Direct client based US Recruiting. Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis. Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs. Good understanding of both domain-based and technology-based recruiting. Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources

You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to meet the talent acquisition needs and build a strong pipeline of candidates. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT positions (such as Software Developers, Network Engineers, Data Analysts, System Administrators, etc.). Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, resume screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals) to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical and managerial teams. Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably with experience recruiting for technical roles in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of various IT technologies and job titles. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
