Skills Required: 1. Password Management: Proficiency in maintaining passwords for all users. 2. Fortigate Network Firewall: Experience in maintaining and managing policies. 3. Microsoft 365: Expertise in providing support and debugging issues. 4. User Support: Assistance with troubleshooting and supporting users with their systems. 5. IT Asset Management: Handling and managing IT assets. 6. DLP: Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention policies and maintenance. 7. Vendor Communication: Experience in communicating with vendors for new and existing infrastructure. 8. CommVault (Metalic Backup): Familiarity with backup solutions. 9. Screen Monitoring: Monitoring software for assigned employees. 10. Printer Maintenance: Technical maintenance of printers. 11. SEO for Websites: Experience in search engine optimization. 12. Digital Marketing: Skills in digital marketing strategies. 13. Social Media Promotions: Creating and managing social media campaigns. 14. Content Creation: Creating photos and posts for social media, especially for festivals and special events. 15. CCTV Management: Experience in managing CCTV systems. 16.
