Job Details:

Role : IT Recruiter

Location : Chennai Only

Years of experience : 3 - 6 Years only

Notice period : Immediate to Less than 30 Days only will be processing for the further process. ( 2 Months and 3 Months Notice Period will not be processed )

Work mode : Work from Office only ( NO HYBRID AND WORK FROM HOME )

Shift timings : 10 Am - 8 PM ( Should be flexible for extending hours )

Interview mode : Virtual interviews only ( NO DIRECT WALKINS )

Position Overview:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role objectives.
  
• Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
  
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  
• Stay current on market trends, compensation, and technology stacks.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.
  
• [ 2+] years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing.
  
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of technical roles .
  
• Strong understanding of technical terms, tools, and programming languages.
  
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an agency or high-growth tech company.
  
• Technical background or certification (a plus).
  
• Experience recruiting internationally or across time zones (if applicable).
