1) Respond to Helpdesk tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
2) Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques3) Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues4) Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service5) Provide needed information on IT products or services6) Record, track, and document the help desk request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution7) Follow-up with users8) Windows / AV updations9) Redirect unresolved issues to Level 2 Personnel
