Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Responsibilities: · Design, configure, and maintain the organization's local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN). · Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. · Monitor network performance and optimize network infrastructure for maximum efficiency and uptime. · Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and other cyber threats. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet the organization's requirements. · Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve network issues and outages. · Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. · Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in networking technologies and security. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role. · In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, etc. · Hands-on experience with networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc. · Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. · Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, etc., are a plus.
