Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries. Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (engagement, reach, website traffic) and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for optimization. IT Support: May also involve providing basic IT support related to social media tools and platforms.
