JD Architect Role / Responsibilities Include Work closely with the Creative Directors and other team members to establish and develop a design vision for the Project – including the preparation of design studies, visualizations, models and presentations. Prepare, manage and lead comprehensive design documentation across multiple work stages, from Concept Design through Construction. Resolve design issues and conflicts with creative, practical solutions that align the project design intent with the project budget and schedule. Coordinate the design intent with consultants, contractors, vendors and client teams to meet overall project objectives. Inspect construction site works Qualifications, Experience & Skills Professional degree in Architecture 3-5 years of professional experience after graduation, across all stages of the design and execution process. Proactive, passionate and enthusiastic individuals with good attention to detail. Strong design and presentation skills Good communication skills – spoken and written Ability to guide / supervise a design team Ability to put together comprehensive and coordinated drawing packages Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-moving environment Ability to work on budgets and deadlines Proficient with Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe, Office packages. Revit experience is a plus Prior experience working on developer-led projects is a plus.
