IT and NonIT recruiter(3+ Years Exp)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (IT & non-IT).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills using job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
• Sound understanding of technical roles (developers, QA, infra, etc.) and non-technical functions (sales, operations, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously with a sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or IT.
• Experience hiring for startups or fast-paced companies is a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Trivandrum.
