Role & responsibilities . Internal Audit: - Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices. - Identify areas of potential risk and non-compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Develop audit plans, programs, and testing procedures to assess controls and mitigate risks. - Document audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations in comprehensive audit reports. - Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and recommendations arising from audit findings. 2. Tax Compliance: - Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements at the local, state, and federal levels. - Prepare and file tax returns, reports, and other compliance-related documents accurately and timely. - Analyze tax implications of business transactions and provide recommendations to optimize tax efficiency and minimize tax liabilities. - Liaise with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory agencies as necessary to address tax-related inquiries and matters. 3. Budgeting and Costing - Prepare and manage budgets in collaboration with department heads and management to support the organization's financial objectives. - Monitor budget performance against targets, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for corrective action. - Preparing costings for the Company project wise, analyse the data and providing cost control mechanisms wherever required to the management. 4. Banking: Oversee banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and reconciliations. Provide required documentation and data to banks and other credit monitoring agencies for taking Loans. 5. Preparation of MIS Reports of the above works to the management before due dates. Preferred candidate profile -Required CA Qualified (Male candidate) Accountant (Senior or Junior) (infra experience is must) Role & responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for multiple projects and departments. Record and reconcile project costs, invoices, payments, and receipts using accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP ). Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements Ensure compliance with GST , TDS , and other statutory regulations related to the construction industry. Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts, including project-specific accounts. Collect travel-related expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and mess (meal) expenses, from employees at the site. Ensure all travel expenses are properly documented with supporting receipts and in line with company policy. Verify and approve travel expense reports submitted by site personnel. Track and manage daily allowances Record and reconcile travel and mess expenses in Tally ERP for accurate accounting. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in Tally ERP PRIME Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Strong understanding of GST , TDS , and other statutory regulations. Role & responsibilities We are seeking a proficient Civil Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly with hands-on experience in projects involving telecom tower construction and maintenance. The successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and structural integrity of telecom towers, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations. Preferred candidate profile Design, plan, and manage the construction of telecom towers and related infrastructure Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated project execution Prepare detailed engineering reports, construction plans, and documentation Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure necessary materials and ensure timely project completion Perform structural analysis and assessments of existing telecom towers to recommend maintenance or upgrades Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically with telecom tower projects such as those with BSNL, Jio, or Airtel

Position: Project Head (Solar) No. of positions: 1 Reporting to Managing Director Location: Hyderabad / Vijayawada Job Description The position is for a project operations manager / Head for our solar division. The Responsibility matrix is a Mix technical assistance pre-Project Bid and Also involves Post Project Bids. We listed down a combination of task and responsibilities that the person will execute. Pre-Project Activity: Identifying the clients requirement. Considering all the factors while preparing proposal which will be submitted to the client. Preparing the Detailed Solar System Design Estimating the completing cost of the project with payback calculations. Complete Financial Feasibility study for each specific solar project Quoted to the client Technology evaluation of the most suitable solution for the clients Requirement Load calculations of all the equipment to be pre-determined and Common sheet to be prepared site study and site feasibility to be done before the Techno Commercial Proposal submission. Provide progress reports and other status updates to client and management as required. Assess potential solar installation sites to determine feasibility and design requirements. Post project Receipt Activities: Prepare bid packages and procure materials and services as needed. Purchase or rent equipment for solar energy system installation Plan and coordinate installations of photovoltaic (PV) solar system to ensure conformance to codes. Supervise solar installers, technicians, and subcontractors for solar installation projects to ensure compliance with safety standards. Assess system performance or functionality at the system, subsystem, and component levels. Coordinate or schedule building inspections for solar installation projects. Monitor work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects conform to plans, specifications, schedules, or budgets. Perform start- up of systems for testing or customer implementation. Provide technical assistance to installers, technicians, or other solar professionals in areas such as solar electric systems, solar thermal systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. Evaluate sub-contractors or sub-contractor bids for quality, cost, and reliability. Prepare solar installation project proposals, quotes, budgets, or schedules. Develop and maintain system architecture, including all piping, instrumentation, or process flow diagrams. Estimate materials, equipment, and personnel needed for residential or commercial solar installation projects. Identify means to reduce costs, minimize risks, or increase efficiency of solar installation projects. Documentation: Preparation of specifications, Selection criteria and request for quotations. It also involves providing necessary drawings related to products/ configuration drawings/ solar power plant designs etc. Detailed RFQ for components like solar panels, inverters etc. needs to be provided. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Experience in Solar projects is mandatory 15 to 20 years Proven experience as a Operations Manager or in a similar role within the Infra / Solar industry. Lead and mentor the Project team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of EPC jobs, sourcing methods, and vendor management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Analytical mind-set with attention to detail. Ability to travel regionally, depending on project location A clear understanding of the purpose of the documentation and reporting, hands on knowledge about the MS office and ERP software.
