Job Description

Lead the planning, development, and implementation of quality assurance and enhancement initiatives across the university.
Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of NAAC-related documents including Self Study Report (SSR), Annual Quality Assurance Reports (AQAR), and compliance documentation.
Monitor and review teaching-learning processes, academic audits, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
Develop and apply quality benchmarks/parameters for various academic and administrative activities.
Organize workshops, seminars, and orientation programs related to quality awareness and assurance.
Liaise with external accreditation and regulatory bodies such as NAAC, NBA, UGC, and AICTE.
Promote institutional research and innovation through data analysis, benchmarking, and best practices.
Implement ICT-based quality monitoring systems and support digital transformation in quality assurance.
Prepare internal reports and maintain documentation as per accreditation requirements.
