Job Requirement : ? ? ? ? ? ?Product Ownership: Own and evolve the data layer powering Colombias AdTech stack ? ? ? ? ? ?AI/ML Use Case Enablement: Define and prioritize product requirements for AI-driven ad serving ? ? ? ? ? ?AdTech Ecosystem Integration: Lead integration with SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, and internal/external APIs to enhance audience intelligence and campaign performance. ? ? ? ? ? ?Privacy & Compliance ? ? ? ? ? ?Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, analytics, sales, and operations teams to execute product roadmaps and GTM strategies. ? ? ? ? ? ?Innovation & Impact: Explore & stay up to date with the latest AI and GenAI capabilities for recommendation engines, predictive audience modeling, and smart creatives. ? Required Skills & Experience ? ? ? ? ? ?7+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on AdTech, MarTech, Data Infrastructure, AI use cases ? ? ? ? ? ?Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, cookies vs. cookieless targeting, and contextual systems etc. ? ? ? ? ? ?Experience with data pipelines, AI, and machine learning frameworks ? ? ? ? ? ?Proven track record of building scalable platforms or APIs used for audience targeting or campaign optimization ? ? ? ? ? ?Ability to translate complex tech into simple, business-friendly outcomes ? ? ? ? ? ?Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like BigQuery, SQL, GA, etc. ? ? ? ? ? ?Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ? ? ? ? ? ?Experience working with GenAI, LLMs, or AI Agents in marketing/advertising use cases
