Job Title: Key Account Support Executive /Client Relationship Specialist/ Business Development Specialist

Location: Malakpet, HYD (on-site)

Shift: US Shift 7:00PM – 4:30AM IST

Job Summary:

We are hiring young, energetic, and proactive professionals with Sales. As a Key Account Support Executive, you will help recruit IT professionals for top US clients through outbound calls and proactive sourcing.

Based on your performance during training, you can be promoted to:

Business Development Specialist (BDS)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in international calling / international sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should be interested in Recruitment/Sales process.
• Should have Computers degree (B. Sc/ B. Com/ B. Tech/ Polytechnic) -- MUST
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zones).

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to screen and recruit IT candidates for US-based positions.
• Source candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Understand client job requirements thoroughly and identify suitable candidates.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year

• Night shift
• US shift
