Job Summary

The Internal Management Auditor at CARE Hospitals, Banjara Hills, will play a critical role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the hospital. This role involves conducting comprehensive audits of financial, operational, and compliance aspects, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, ensure regulatory adherence, and uphold the highest standards of patient care and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement

  risk-based annual internal audit plans

• Plan and execute

  financial, operational, and compliance audit engagements

• Evaluate the

  adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems

• Assess

  compliance with internal policies and external regulations

  .
• Identify and assess

  areas of significant business and financial risk

  .
• Propose recommendations to

  enhance operational efficiency and safeguard assets

  .
• Prepare clear, concise, and timely

  audit reports with actionable findings

  .
• Present

  audit findings and recommendations to management

  .
• Monitor and follow up on the

  implementation of audit recommendations

  .
• Conduct audits of

  patient billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycles

  .
• Review

  procurement, inventory, and supply chain management

  .
• Evaluate

  HR, IT systems, and clinical operational processes

  .
• Stay updated on

  healthcare regulations and audit best practices

  .
• Contribute to the

  continuous improvement of audit methodologies

  .

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, M.Com) is preferred.
