We need an experienced candidate who has handled any sales team in BFSI sector and have good knowledge about insurance. He/ She responsible for guiding, motivating, and overseeing a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. They handle tasks like setting goals, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
