Insurance Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Insurance Executive to join our healthcare administration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all insurance-related activities, including processing claims, liaising with TPAs, and ensuring timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with third-party administrators (TPAs) and insurance companies
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility of patients
• Handle pre-authorization and approvals for treatments and procedures
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of insurance records
• Resolve claim rejections and follow up on pending reimbursements
• Educate patients on insurance procedures and support documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines

Requirements:

• Any graduate, preferably with specialization in Hospital Administration / Insurance
• Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience in hospital insurance billing or TPA coordination
• Good knowledge of insurance claim procedures and medical terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
