Instrumentation Engineer

We are looking for AM/DM Instrumentation for one of our esteemed client based at Bhiwadi Rajasthan.

An incumbent should be BE Instrument with around 7-12 years of experience working with some reputed Chemical Company and having exposure to Chlor Alkali Plant.

1. ROLE OBJECTIVE

• Execution of Instrumentation maintenance as well projects as per planning and in alignment with current practices with a view of continuous improvement.
• Align to goals of the department ~ Organization. Team up with members to achieve the goals.
• Execute maintenance practices with passion.
• Focus on continuous learning.

2. DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, wherever applicable

STRATEGIC/ POLICY

• Develop and finalize KPIs under guidance of senior team members.
• Demonstrate safety practices and ensure that all workmen including contractor manpower follow requisite safety on each job.
• Discussing daily job priorities with senior team members for execution.
• Review available inventory of spares for critical Instruments and systems and initiate procurement.
• Execution of preventive / predictive maintenance, & calibration.
• Implementation of IMS processes.
• Prepare for quick revival & trouble shooting of DCS/PLC/SCADA system.
• Focus on standardization of Identified field instruments.
• To maintain all records related to instrumentation through ERP system.

OPERATIONAL

• Ensure zero accidents with safe maintenance practices.
• Ensure availability of instrumentation with minimum down time by adhering to maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshooting.
• Work in close coordination with operation and maintenance groups.
• To look for opportunities of improvement in plant / equipment / maintenance activities with an eye to reduce cost and time.
• To study and implement new technology instruments / systems.
