- Lead the development of smarter controls in process floor. - Test HMI and ladder logic programming for functional approval. - Modify / Maintain PLC and HMI to include safety interlocks and motor running indication of various motors on the HMI. - Develop standard PLC ladder logic programs for different applications. - Utilize Allen Bradley electronics and HMI to control this portable system. - Maintain proper installation and handling of I/O cards in the instrument panels. - Record and check control valve response chart with respect to the controller in the DCS. - Development of vendor for repairing/procurement of electronic cards - Basic idea of industries norms like safety, audits etc. - Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent critical thinking skills and a high level of numeracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects.
