About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in site surveys and documentation of existing instrumentation setups. 2. Support the preparation of wiring diagrams, I/O lists, and instrument data sheets. 3. Learn and assist in the selection and configuration of sensors, transmitters, actuators, and field instruments. 4. Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for technical specifications. 5. Participate in basic PLC and HMI integration tasks under supervision. 6. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of field instruments and control systems. 7. Maintain documentation, including calibration records, loop checks, and testing protocols. 8. Ensure all work follows relevant safety and quality procedures. B.E./B.Tech. in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or related field (2023/2024 pass-out preferred). 2. Basic knowledge of industrial automation and instrumentation principles. 3. Familiarity with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley) and sensors used in industrial applications is a plus. 4. Strong willingness to learn on-the-job in a hands-on, field-based environment. 5. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. 6. Internship/project experience in PLC programming or industrial automation. 7. Exposure to the process industry (especially chemical or manufacturing) is a bonus. 8. Working knowledge of MS Office and basic drawing tools (AutoCAD/EPLAN is a plus).
