Position: Account Executive Location: Pune Experience: 3 to 4 years Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Financial Management: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. "HP" and BHFL will discuss in mutual on impact terms due to process gap by "HP". 24) Maintaining IT Asset scraps with help of IT resources and Local Admin / LG's to respective location 25) Ensuring signoff from Admin SPOC for asset scrapping on quarterly basis. 26) Maintain the complete assets inventory along with all assets attributes (CMDB) as per ITIL norms, closing with host names. 27) HP Team shall ensure Laptop/ desktop are formatted (to avoid data exchange) while reallocation / allocation to BHFL users. 28) HP team shall do asset replacement activity as on require. "HP" team shall maintain old assets & follow BHFL defined process. "HP" team shall do remote wipe (BHFL tool or with the help of user) of data for assets gifted / purchase under BHFL new policy. 29) To improve CMDB compliance "HP" shall carry out Recons as per mentioned frequency in Reporting section. Qualifications Proficiency in Digital Asset Management and general Asset Management skills Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive efficient asset management Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with stakeholders Experience in Customer Service to handle queries and provide support Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
