Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Incharge at our facility located in Lucknow. The Production Incharge will oversee the daily operations of the injection moulding production line. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and managing production schedules. The role also involves coordinating with the maintenance department to ensure all equipment is functioning optimally and adhering to safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in production management, particularly in the field of injection moulding Strong leadership and supervisory skills Thorough understanding of quality control processes and standards Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing setting Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the manufacturing industry Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
