Location: Hyderabad (Mindspace#12B) Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc Experience: 8+ yrs Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM (Master Data Management) Specialist/Architect to lead and deliver end-to-end MDM solutions. This is a critical role requiring a seasoned professional with 10-20 years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM, capable of overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to design, architecture, delivery, and ongoing support. This is a long-term engagement (12 months or more), offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on enterprise data governance and MDM practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions. Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to develop MDM strategies and roadmaps. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Informatica MDM-related initiatives. Drive end-to-end delivery of MDM projects including planning, execution, deployment, and post-go-live support. Provide coaching and training to internal teams and stakeholders on Informatica MDM tools and best practices. Establish and maintain MDM governance standards, including documentation, workflows, and data quality rules. Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, data stewards, developers, and support teams. Deliver ongoing support and maintenance, ensuring system reliability and performance optimization. Required Qualifications: 715+ years of deep, hands-on experience with Informatica MDM. Proven experience in solution architecture and technical leadership within MDM programs. Strong understanding of data modeling, hierarchy management, data integration, and stewardship. Experience creating governance frameworks, standards, and documentation. Ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Preferred Qualifications: Informatica MDM certification(s). Experience with cloud-based MDM environments. Exposure to related data management tools (e.g., Informatica IDQ, PowerCenter, Axon). Previous consulting or large enterprise implementation experience.
