They provide technical guidance to junior developers and work collaboratively with other teams to ensure project delivery. Experience in Core Java, J2EE,Soap/Restful web services Should have experience on Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, Maven, JPA. Must have developed/worked on micro services Should have exposure to Database Schema design, writing DDL, DML, and complex queries. Excellent communication skills, Team management, Leadership qualities, Decision-making skills, Interpersonal skills, Adaptability and Flexibility. Code Optimization, Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting and Debugging, Design Patterns, Unit Testing, Agile/Scrum. Develop, test and maintain high-performance, scalable and reliable Java applications. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
