Influencer Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Influencer Marketing Executive to lead influencer collaborations that drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with product launches, brand goals, and seasonal promotions
• Coordinate content calendars and campaign timelines with internal marketing teams
• Prepare creative briefs and ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and quality standards
• Track and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
• Handle influencer negotiations, contracts, deliverables, and payments in a timely manner
• Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging influencer talent

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, affiliate marketing, and creator communities
• Experience with performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Bitly, affiliate platforms, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
