Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking as required.
Mix paints to desired colors and consistencies.
Apply primer, base coat, and finishing coats using spray guns and other equipment.
Ensure a smooth, even finish with no runs, sags, or blemishes.
Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain spray painting equipment and ensure the workspace remains clean.
Perform touch-ups or repairs as necessary.
Record work completed and maintain job tracking documentation.

Job Type: Full-time
