Job Overview

Gateway International School is looking for a dynamic and qualified Individuals & Societies Facilitator with a strong foundation in Business, and openness to teach Geography and History across the MYP and DP levels. The ideal candidate should embrace the IB philosophy, encourage critical thinking, and foster global perspectives in students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver concept-driven and inquiry-based lessons in Business, Geography, and History as part of the Individuals & Societies subject group.
• Integrate interdisciplinary links and real-world applications into teaching practices.
• Develop unit plans, assessments, and rubrics in alignment with MYP and DP frameworks.
• Guide students in internal assessments, extended essays (DP), and personal projects (MYP).
• Support students in building ATL skills and IB Learner Profile attributes.
• Collaborate with subject coordinators and peers to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in IB training, school events, and parent-teacher conferences.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Business, or related field.
• Experience teaching IB MYP and/or DP Individuals & Societies subjects is highly desirable.
• Strong pedagogical understanding of global contexts and interdisciplinary teaching.
• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency with technology and online learning platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
