We are hiring for an urgent opening with our client – a reputed South Korean MNC engaged in Automotive Ultrasonic Sensor Manufacturing, looking for experienced Incoming Quality inspector professionals.

Designation: Incoming Quality Inspector
Experience: 2-4 Years
Salary: As Per Industry
Job Location: Pune (Chakan Phase 2)
Working Days: 6 Days
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Facility: Transport & Canteen
Industry Area: Automotive Sensor Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect incoming materials and components using visual, dimensional, and functional methods.

2. Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

3. Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, and other inspection equipment.

4. Verify supplier documentation, including material certificates, test reports, and inspection certificates.

5. Identify non-conforming materials and generate NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).

6. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.

7. Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure traceability of materials.

Required Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Degree in Electronics background, Manufacturing, or a related field.

2. 2–3 years of relevant experience in incoming quality inspection or similar role.

Good communication and documentation skills.
