What You’ll Do : Personal Branding & Social Media Marketing Craft content and manage daily/weekly posting for the founder’s LinkedIn and other social platforms. Build and maintain a content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta (Facebook), and X (Twitter). Plan and execute strategies to improve founder's visibility and personal brand authority. Proposal Writing & Lead Gen Draft and submit compelling proposals on Upwork and similar platforms to generate leads. Collaborate with the team to identify winning themes, offers, and positioning. Content Creation & Visuals Create engaging content formats including text posts, carousels, infographics, and basic reels using tools like Canva or CapCut. Ideate and test new content types to drive social traffic and audience growth. Strategy & Growth Research and implement social outreach strategies to boost visibility of: Plan creative campaigns, collaborations, and LinkedIn outreach initiatives for traffic and lead generation. Marketing Support & Learning Assist in various marketing tasks, ad-hoc research, and brainstorming sessions. Stay up to date with social media trends and algorithm changes. Be open to feedback, willing to learn fast, and adapt based on performance and ideas. Who You Are 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, or brand communication. Strong writing skills with an eye for crafting content that connects. Comfortable with design tools like Canva, CapCut, or InShot for visual content. Passionate about marketing, branding, and storytelling. Fast learner, self-starter, and someone who thrives in a creative, feedback-driven environment. Preferred But Not Mandatory Experience with personal branding for founders or entrepreneurs. Exposure to proposal writing for Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms. Familiarity with content planning tools like Trello, Notion, or Google Sheets. Qualifications Any undergraduate degree. We are on the lookout for a proactive and technically skilled SEO Specialist to own and grow the organic traffic and lead pipeline for our digital properties: Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to grow traffic and leads. Regularly audit and optimize on-page , off-page , and technical SEO elements across all websites. Content & Keyword Optimization Conduct keyword research to support blog content, service pages, and landing pages. Work with internal content teams to ensure content is optimized and aligned with SEO goals. Technical SEO & Site Health Perform regular technical audits using industry tools. Identify and fix crawl errors, indexing issues, site speed problems, mobile usability, and schema integration. Off-Page SEO & Link Building Build and manage a clean backlink profile using ethical link-building strategies. Identify opportunities for guest posts, collaborations, and digital PR. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs via Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Share regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
