The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for various IT roles across our organization. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs. Source candidates using various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, internal database, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical and interpersonal skills. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Regularly update and maintain candidate data in the ATS or Excel tracker. Handle offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding formalities. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment Prior Hiring experience of technologies like Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, React, Angular, Node, SFDC etc. Experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
