Import Purchase Executive

• We are looking for an experienced and proactive Import Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities related to international sourcing. The role requires close coordination with overseas suppliers, efficient handling of import documentation, and ensuring compliance with Indian customs regulations. The ideal candidate will also support landed cost optimization and ensure timely delivery of goods through effective coordination with logistics teams.
• experience in import procurement or international sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Prepare, verify, and manage all commercial documentation such as Proforma Invoice, Purchase Order, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and other import-related paperwork.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian customs clearance procedures, import documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, international logistics, and shipping processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with a proactive and process-driven approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
