Implementation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Implement and test enterprise software applications (e.g.,

  Bizom

  ,

  Retailer App

  ) to meet business requirements.
• Evaluate, document, and optimize business processes using digital tools.
• Execute system testing across modules, including

  test case development

  and

  execution

  .
• Recommend actionable business decisions based on

  data insights

  and

  process assessments

  .
• Create and maintain detailed

  technical and operational documentation

  .
• Assist during

  UAT

  , system rollouts, and go-live phases to ensure smooth implementation.
• Stay updated with and adopt new technologies; suggest modern

  AI tools

  for process improvement.

• Familiar with UI/UX design

  using

  Figma

  capable of wireframes & mock-up creation.

• Basic understanding of system architecture

  includes front-end, back-end, and API flow knowledge.

• Exposure to web and app development

  using

  low-code/no-code tools

  and structured workflows.
