We're seeking experienced Title Searchers and Full Search professionals to join our team on an immediate basis.

• The Title Searcher will locate public and private records to draft a legal description of a property and to compile documents about property titles and ownership history.
• Should be familiar with working on multiple US states & Counties for title search & examination.
• Well versed on multiple Title plants & Netronline. Preferable, Data Trace, Title Point, Tapestry, Qualia etc.
• Search digital records of town, city, and/or county offices to compile a transaction history and ownership details on an assigned property.
• Search digital records of title insurance and real estate companies to gather information on private transactions.
• Searches maps, plats, or drawings from surveyor/assessors website or other sources.
• Searches or compiles legal descriptions of the properties including deeds of ownership, tax records, lot numbers, and descriptions of property boundaries.
• Researches and investigates to identify any restrictions limiting the use of the property.
• Collaborates with realtors, mortgage lenders, insurers, contractors, and public officials to clarify or confirm findings.
• Prepares reports for title commitment, title insurance, and real estate transfers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare well-written, accurate reports.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree or equivalent
• Title search training course completion
• 2-3 years of experience in title search
