We have job opening for Application and Production Support Engineer

Please find the job description below:

Use the Application Manager Tool (AppWorx/Application Manager) to handle tasks and avoid passing issues to higher support levels.
Understand core banking operations like payment processing and online transfers (both sending and receiving money).
Be familiar with how banking applications work and the steps involved in using them.
Know ITIL processes (best practices for managing IT services).
Understand file formats used for online transfers, such as NACHA (ACH IN/OUT) and SWIFT messages.
Follow information security (InfoSec) rules and guidelines.
Know how to send files securely.
Write clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various tasks.
Be flexible and willing to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.

Exp- 2 to 5 years

Location: Bangalore (WFO)
