It's a 3rd class company... huge salary deduction in every month... no properly guidance.... staff behaving very very very bad.... Mr. Ranjan Saha(staff) he is a very bad people... communicate very ruffly with me... I can suggest no one join any kind of job through IKYA....

Worst consultancy ever I have seen , their leave policies are really bad, staff behaviors are despicable, payout clearance is damn slow & very much casual about their employees . for me, It's a underrated company
