About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage social media platforms primarily Instagram and Facebook 2. Build strategize and execute social media marketing campaigns 3. Collaborate with departments to create engaging social media content including stories posts and reels 4. Create and edit videos and reels using VN InShot or similar apps 5. Generate and maintain performance reports to track social media success 6. Contribute creatively to the overall digital marketing strategy 7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign execution 8. Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the reporting manager 9. Be flexible and proactive in tackling new challenges and tasks 10. Use a laptop capable of running Adobe Suite 11. Demonstrate proficiency in editing reels and videos using tools such as VN InShot 12. Show strong communication and copywriting skills 13. Exhibit passion for social media and a deep understanding of trends and best practices 14. Display creativity and the ability to think outside the box 15. Take a proactive approach and show willingness to learn and adapt quickly 16. Have experience managing social media profiles especially Instagram 17. Possess experience as a content creator with an eye for aesthetically appealing reels 18. Possess analytical abilities to identify opportunities and develop strategies for corporate engagement 5. Have experience in corporate business development account management and partnership acquisition 6. Exhibit exceptional networking and negotiation skills 7. Bring prior experience with career services or talent partnerships 8. Graduate from any stream 9.
