Reporting to: Marketing Manager, Ignite. Were looking to hire a Full Stack Developer to join our in-house marketing team. You’ll be the driving force bringing our designs and digital strategies to life, building and maintaining clean, high-performing websites from front-end styling and UX/UI improvements to back-end integrations and automation. You’ll work closely with the marketing manager and senior leadership to bring ideas to life. This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, cares deeply about clean code, and enjoys taking ownership of features from concept to deployment and has strong attention to detail. What You’ll Be Doing Designing high-quality, responsive website visuals, landing pages, and UI elements in Figma and translating these into high-performing websites. Ensuring sites are mobile-first, fast-loading, and fully aligned with UX/UI and marketing objectives. Developing our interactive development platform, intranet and information hub which is a critical business tool to ensure delivery excellence across the business. Own both front-end and back-end development tasks — from creating landing pages to managing APIs and server logic. Generate WordPress themes and Plugins. Troubleshoot content issues, bugs, version control, and overseeing performance/security best practices. Ensure sites are mobile-first, fast-loading, and fully aligned with UX/UI and marketing objectives. Designing social graphics and templates in line with company branding. What we’re looking for: 3-5 years of professional experience as a full stack designer and web developer. Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development. Strong understanding of web performance, SEO and accessibility standards. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate clearly with non-technical team members. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Confident speaking up to and working alongside senior members of the team, asking for clarification and help, and putting forward ideas. Excellent written and spoken English. Enjoys working to deadlines and delivering high quality work quickly. Demonstrable portfolio in custom theme and plugin development. Troubleshooting and debugging skills within WordPress sites.
