Job Description

Role & responsibilities

IFA Acquisition:
Identify and onboard new IFAs to achieve set Assets Under Management (AUM) targets.
Onboarding Support:
Ensure all necessary paperwork for new IFAs is completed, including Referral Agreement registration.
Training & Development:
Conduct training sessions for IFAs to enhance their understanding of Axis products and processes, and assist in cross-selling third-party Portfolio Management Services (PMS).
Client Engagement:
Regularly visit and support existing IFAs within a predefined territory to ensure smooth business operations and promote Axis Securities' offerings.
Product Promotion:
Actively promote and cross-sell Axis Securities' AUM products to IFAs and their clients.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream Finance, Business, or a related field.
NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certification is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage with clients and promote financial products effectively.
Basic understanding of financial products and markets.
Proactive and goal-oriented with a willingness to learn.
