Job Profile Post- Sales co Ordinator/ Executive Profile- Sales & business development, Sales support & Operations Experience – 1 year to 3 year hard core sales Qualification- Graduate/Post garaduate Gender- Female Salary- 15000 to 18000 (If meets all criteria) Client query handling, Client support, Business Leads Generation, Cold calling Skills- Basic Excell, Email communication, Good verbal communication, Lead generation, Cold calling Age- 22-35 Timing 9.30 to 6.30 Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: o Identify and research potential clients and markets. o Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. 2. Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. o Understand clients’ needs and provide solutions tailored to their requirements. 3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: o Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations. o Effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services. 4. Sales Strategy Development: o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. o Analyze market trends and adjust approaches accordingly. 5. Negotiation and Closing: o Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients. o Close sales and ensure a smooth transition to the implementation team. 6. Sales Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets using CRM tools. o Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. 7. Collaboration with Teams: o Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals. o Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to influence product development. 8. Customer Service and Support: o Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals. 9. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings. o Use this information to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 10. Continuous Learning and Development: o Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. o Keep abreast of new sales techniques and tools.
