Job Description

Monitor and manage critically ill patients under the supervision of the ICU Consultant
Perform clinical assessments, record vital signs, and update medical charts regularly
Carry out doctors’ instructions related to medication, ventilator support, investigations, and procedures
Respond to emergency codes such as cardiac arrests (Code Blue) and perform immediate resuscitative measures
Coordinate with nurses and other support staff for timely and accurate patient care
Ensure timely intimation to consultants regarding any patient deterioration
Maintain documentation and daily progress notes as per hospital protocols
Participate in clinical audits, infection control, and patient safety programs
